Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how PawPow, operated by FRAMEJOY LLC ("PawPow," "we," "us," "our"), ships orders placed on pawpow.shop. Questions? Email hello@pawpow.shop.
- Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses where carrier service permits, and U.S. territories where carrier service permits. We do not currently ship internationally.
- Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During promotions, product launches, or peak periods (such as Black Friday and the December holidays), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Times
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery times.
- Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers depending on your address and order details. The carrier is selected by our third-party fulfillment partner to provide the best combination of speed and reliability for your destination.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and shipping addresses within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.
- Subscription Shipments
Subscription orders ship on the renewal date you selected at checkout. You can adjust your renewal date, frequency, or shipping address any time through your customer portal at pawpow.shop or by emailing hello@pawpow.shop. To avoid delays, update your shipping address before your next renewal is processed.
- Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update with the carrier after the label is created.
- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please: check with neighbors and household members; check porches, mailboxes, and other safe locations; and wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before the final drop-off.
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact hello@pawpow.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will help open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. If your package arrives damaged, contact hello@pawpow.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact hello@pawpow.shopimmediately — we may be able to update it before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
- Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other customer-side reasons, we will refund the product cost (less original shipping) once we receive the returned package. Reshipment requires a new order.
- Taxes and Duties
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. As we ship only within the United States, no international duties or import taxes apply.
