These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website pawpow.shop and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by FRAMEJOY LLC, doing business as PawPow ("PawPow," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

PawPow is a brand operated by FRAMEJOY LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (EIN: 35-2838602), with principal office in Torrance, California, United States. You can contact us at hello@pawpow.shop.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

  1. Products

PawPow sells ProDen PlaqueOff Soft Chews, a dental supplement for dogs. Our products are not medications and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before adding any supplement to your dog's routine, especially if your dog has a medical condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is taking medication. Results vary from dog to dog. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

  1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate billing information, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. We accept payment through Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  1. Subscriptions, Recurring Billing, and Cancellation

PawPow offers subscription products that automatically renew at the frequency you select at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us and our subscription processor (Seal Subscriptions) to charge your payment method on file for each renewal at the then-current subscription price, plus applicable taxes and shipping.

Renewal reminders: We will send you an email reminder before each renewal shipment.

Managing your subscription: You can pause, skip, change frequency, update your payment method or address, or cancel at any time through the link in your order confirmation email, your customer account portal at pawpow.shop, or by emailing hello@pawpow.shop.

Cancellation timing: Cancellations made before a renewal is processed will prevent that renewal from being charged. Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed will take effect for the following cycle; the already-processed order will ship as scheduled.

Price changes: If we change the price of a subscription, we will give you notice and the option to cancel before the new price applies.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the United States from our third-party fulfillment partner. See our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, carriers, and delivery estimates. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier accepts the package.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are described in full in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  1. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional codes and discounts are limited to the terms stated when offered, cannot be combined unless expressly permitted, have no cash value, and may be modified or canceled at any time. One-time-use codes are limited to one redemption per customer.

  1. Customer Conduct

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; resell our products without written authorization; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; interfere with the operation of the Site; submit false, abusive, or misleading information; or use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product names, branding, and design — is owned by FRAMEJOY LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. "PawPow" and our logos are trademarks of FRAMEJOY LLC. ProDen PlaqueOff is a registered trademark of its respective owner and is used with permission.

  1. User Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content to us, you grant PawPow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that you own the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

  1. Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific result from using our products.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRAMEJOY LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services or any product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FRAMEJOY LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any third-party right.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute or claim relating to the Services or products will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by law.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FRAMEJOY LLC regarding the Services.
