How our subscriptions work
Plaque Out Soft Chews are available on a subscription so your dog never runs out. You choose your delivery frequency at checkout, and your card is charged automatically before each delivery. We'll always email you before a renewal so there are no surprises.
Managing your subscription
You're always in control. From your account, you can skip a delivery, change your frequency, pause, or cancel at any time — no fees, no hassle. You can also contact us and we'll do it for you.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again unless you choose to restart your subscription.
Win-back & reactivation
If you cancelled because of a specific issue — such as slow shipping — we may reactivate your subscription once we've resolved it to let you know by email and invite you back. Coming back is your choice. If you it's not right for you, just tell us — we'll cancel it immediately and refund you in full, no questions asked. You're never locked in.
Refund guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. Your satisfaction and your dog's health come first.
