This Privacy Policy describes how FRAMEJOY LLC, doing business as PawPow ("PawPow," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from pawpow.shop (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

PawPow is a brand operated by FRAMEJOY LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (EIN: 35-2838602), with principal office in Torrance, California, United States. For all privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints, contact us at hello@pawpow.shop.
Personal Information We Collect
The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us.
Information You Provide Directly: contact details (name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number); order information (products purchased, order history, subscription preferences such as frequency, pause, skip, and cancel actions); payment information processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) — we do not store full card numbers on our own servers; account credentials if you create an account; communications (messages, reviews, support tickets, survey responses); and pet information you voluntarily share (such as your dog's name, breed, age, or dental concerns) when contacting support or submitting reviews.
Information Collected Automatically: device and usage data including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time on site, and click activity; and cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies section below).
Information from Third Parties: Shopify (our e-commerce platform); Seal Subscriptions (our subscription management app); Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram advertising data, including conversion events sent through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API); payment processors (transaction verification and fraud signals); shipping carriers and our third-party fulfillment warehouse (delivery status and address validation); and email marketing providers if you have opted in.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to: process orders, payments, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and returns; manage and fulfill subscription billing through Seal Subscriptions, including recurring charges, skips, pauses, and cancellations; ship products through our US-based third-party fulfillment partner; provide customer support and respond to your inquiries; send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, renewal notices, cancellation confirmations); send marketing emails and SMS where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); run, measure, and optimize advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including matching hashed customer data for ad targeting and measurement; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and unlawful activity; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellation
PawPow sells subscription products. The following applies to all subscribers:
Recurring billing: When you subscribe, your payment method is securely tokenized and stored by our payment processor for the purpose of charging future renewals at the frequency you selected at checkout.
Renewal notifications: We send a pre-renewal email reminder before each shipment.
Cancellation: You can cancel, pause, or skip any time through the link in your order confirmation, your customer portal at pawpow.shop, or by emailing hello@pawpow.shop. Cancellations made before a renewal is processed will prevent that renewal from being charged.
Refunds: See our Refund Policy on the Site.
How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only with the categories of recipients listed below. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, certain advertising activities may qualify as "sharing" or "selling" under California law — see the California section below.
We share with: Shopify (e-commerce platform, checkout, hosting); Seal Subscriptions (subscription management); payment processors (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay); our third-party fulfillment warehouse and shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others) to ship orders; Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API; email and SMS providers if you have opted in to marketing communications; customer support tools; professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors; government authorities or law enforcement when legally compelled or to protect our rights; and in a business transfer, in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. This involves sending Meta information about your interactions with our Site (such as page views, add-to-cart, and purchases), as well as hashed identifiers (such as a hashed version of your email address) where available. Meta uses this information under its own Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
You can: opt out of personalized ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings; use browser tools and the AdChoices opt-out tool at https://optout.aboutads.info/; or exercise the rights in the California section below if you are a California resident.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies (required for checkout, cart, and account functions); analytics cookies (to understand how visitors use the Site); and advertising cookies and pixels including the Meta Pixel (to measure and target ads). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may break checkout or account features.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible. We do not recognize other "Do Not Track" signals.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding personal information we collect about you: the right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share; the right to delete personal information we hold about you (with certain exceptions); the right to correct inaccurate personal information; the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; the right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not knowingly use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond what is permitted by law); and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet and network activity, geolocation (approximate, from IP), and inferences.
Categories disclosed for a business purpose: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, and internet activity (to the processors listed above).
Categories "sold" or "shared" for cross-context behavioral advertising: identifiers (including hashed email), internet and network activity, and inferences — disclosed to Meta Platforms for advertising purposes.
To exercise your rights: email hello@pawpow.shop with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We will verify your request using information we already have on file (such as your order email). You may also use an authorized agent, with proof of authorization.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: to opt out of the data sharing described above, email hello@pawpow.shopwith the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and include the email address used at checkout. We will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible.
Other US State Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, or Rhode Island, you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, port your data, and opt out of targeted advertising. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal and tax obligations (typically 7 years for transaction records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including SSL/TLS encryption, tokenized payments through PCI-compliant processors, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact hello@pawpow.shop and we will delete it.

Our Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing any information.
Complaints
